My target for visiting the hotel was to explore York and enjoy a relaxing getaway. However, what stood out the most to me was the excellent bathroom comfort facilities - the dryers and soft towels were a lovely touch. It truly made my stay feel luxurious and comfortable. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at the hotel and I am grateful for the wonderful service provided.
